A vehicle intelligent identification traffic lights prompt apparatus comprises a signal receiver, a velometer, a GPS positioned, a loudspeaker, an intelligent chip and a source assembly that provides electric energy for the electronic components, wherein, the intelligent chip is connected with the signal receiver, the velometer, the GPS positioner and the loudspeaker signal. The vehicle intelligent identification traffic lights prompt apparatus can identify the traffic lights intelligently according to the driveway direction and speed, and can prompt the driver to drive carefully without manual operation. The apparatus is simple and practical, and the cost is low, therefore the apparatus is suitable for all motor vehicles. The invention also discloses an intelligent automobile that comprises a vehicle power source and a vehicle intelligent identification traffic lights prompt apparatus that comprises a USB general joint, wherein, the USB general joint is electrically connected with the vehicle power source. The intelligent automobile can broadcast traffic signal lamp display state at real time, and can provide the best driving scheme according to the driving parameter, therefore, the driving safety performance is high and the whole system is simple.
