The solar panel (1) is mounted on the base (3). A motor (4) and a rotating shaft (5) are mounted in the base (3). The output end of the motor (4) is connected with the rotating shaft (5) to drive the rotating shaft (5) to rotate. The solar panel (1) is connected to the rotating shaft (5). The two ends of the rotating shaft (5) are each connected with an oscillating bar (6), and the solar panel is mounted on the two oscillating bars (6). A front travel switch (7) and a rear travel switch (7) are arranged on the base (3), and the front travel switch and the rear travel switch are located in front of the oscillating bars and behind the oscillating bars. In the electricity generation state, the solar panel is attached to the rear windshield, and light emitted from the outside can be received so that electricity can be generated; in the non-electricity-generation state, the rotating shaft rotates reversely so that the solar panel can fall back, and driving sight cannot be affected.
