The invention relates to a rail train without the need to stop at a train. The rail train comprises a train body (1) and is characterized in that roof slideways (3) are fixed at the top of the train body (1); a turnover compartment (2) is arranged on the roof slideways (3); and a walking channel (7) that can be opened or closed is arranged at the bottom of the turnover compartment (2). A roof opening (6) corresponding to the walking channel (7) is formed in the top of the train body (1) between the roof slideways (3). An opening-closing device (4) is installed between the end portion of the turnover compartment (2) and the train body (1); and braking mechanisms (5) are installed at positions, approaching the roof slideways (3), of the bottom of the turnover compartment (2). According to the invention, the turnover compartment that can be locked or delocked and separated for cooperation is arranged on the roof of the train body and passengers get on or off the train by the turnover compartment; and on the basis of the turnover compartment for realizing getting on/off of the train by passengers, the train can be driven at a high speed during the whole course, thereby improving the running efficiency of the train.
