The invention discloses a stepless regulating type hoisting beam. The stepless regulating type hoisting beam comprises a first end portion lever, a fine regulating section, at least one section of regulating section, a fixed section and a second end portion lever which are sequentially connected. The fine regulating section comprises a connection beam, a spring, a locking ring and an unlocking handle, wherein one end of the connection beam is hinged to the fulcrum of the first end portion lever, and the other end of the connection beam penetrates through an end cover of the regulating section to stretch into a hollow cavity of the regulating section and is sleeved with the spring and the locking ring; one end of the spring abuts against the end cover; the other end of the spring abuts against the locking ring; the locking ring is provided with an extending-out head extending out of the regulating section; the body of the regulating section is provided with an opening where the extending-out head extends out and a check block abutting against the extending-out head; one end of the unlocking handle is fixed to the locking ring, and the other end of the unlocking handle extends out of the regulating section. The length of the hoisting beam can be freely regulated according to the scale lengths of different kinds of hoisted objects, the work efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the hoisting cost is reduced.
