Provided is a vehicle damper device that is useful and has high NV damping properties in a vehicle damper device provided integrally with a torque limiter device. A coil spring (52) is disposed at the outer peripheral side, and so it is possible to greatly reduce the spring stiffness of the coil spring (52). Furthermore, an inertial plate (56) is added between the coil spring (52) and a torque limiter mechanism (62), and so the inertia of the damper device (38) is increased. Consequently, it is possible to achieve a damper device (38) having high NV damping properties and able to avoid twisting resonance. Also, the load imposed on an input shaft (39) during traveling increases in contradiction to the increase in inertia, but the load is borne by the crankshaft (36) via a ball bearing (57), and so it is possible to also prevent an increase in size of a housing (42) and the input shaft (39) accompanying the increase in inertia.
