The invention discloses an amphibious composite propelling leg based on an arc-shaped foot-web switching mechanism. The amphibious composite propelling leg comprises a leg skeleton, wherein guiding shafts are fixed at the lower part of the leg skeleton, and the leg skeleton is provided with a rear sealing cover plate and a front sealing cover plate; a sliding block is arranged on the guiding shafts, the lower end of the sliding block is hinged to the middle part of an arc-shaped foot through a connecting rod shaft, the rear end of the arc-shaped foot is hinged to the lower end of the leg skeleton, a longitudinal deformed spring is arranged on each of the guiding shafts on the sliding block, and a bevel boss is arranged at the upper end of the sliding block; a left web type plate and a right web type plate are respectively hinged to two sides of the upper part of the leg skeleton, a transverse deformed spring is connected between the left web type plate and the right web type plate, the lower part of the left web type plate is provided with a wedge-shaped groove matched with the slope of the bevel boss, the lower part of the right web type plate is provided with a wedge-shaped groove matched with the slope of the bevel boss, the wedge-shaped grooves are symmetrically formed, a steel cable is arranged at the upper end of the sliding block, and the other end of the steel cable is connected with a driving device. The amphibious composite propelling leg can maintain high maneuvering capabilities under environments such as land and water and has good passing ability and adaptability in a land and water transiting zone.
