The invention relates to a detachable bulwark structure of an underwater probing ship. The detachable bulwark structure comprises a bulwark plate (1) which is vertically welded to reinforcing wrist plates (2). Connecting base plates (5) are welded to the lower portions of the reinforcing wrist plates (2). Connecting cover plates (4) are welded to the upper portion of an exposed deck. The connecting base plates (5) and the connecting cover plates (4) are fixedly connected through connecting bolts (6). The detachable bulwark structure is fixed to the exposed deck of the side. A bulwark panel (3) is arranged on the upper portion of the bulwark plate (1). The two ends of the bulwark panel (3) are overlapped with fixed bulwark panels or other detachable bulwark panels. The bulwark plate (1) does not make contact with the side structure. During the module carrying operation, a bulwark can be disassembled and assembled fast, and the working efficiency is greatly improved; the offshore operation cycle is shortened, and the offshore operation efficiency is improved.
