The invention relates to an anchor mouth structure. An anchor rod is arranged in a hawse pipe in an obliquely-downward mode. An anchor mouth is arranged at the lower end of the hawse pipe. An upper opening of the anchor mouth protrudes forwards, so that the positive pressure of the upper opening of the anchor mouth to an anchor fluke has downward component force to limit upward sliding of the anchor fluke along the anchor mouth. The anchor mouth is improved to be in the mode that the upper opening protrudes forwards, so that the top end face of the anchor mouth is designed in an arc shape, and the design that the top end face of a traditional anchor mouth is a plane is changed. After the anchor fluke reaches the attachment position set in design, when the anchor fluke tends to slide upwards under the continuation effect of upper tensile force, due to the fact that the protruding portion of the upper portion of the anchor mouth is located between two anchor teeth of the anchor fluke, the component force for driving the anchor fluke to slide upwards is offset, and the motion trend of upward sliding of the anchor fluke is obstructed. In addition, due to the fact that the upper opening of the anchor mouth protrudes forwards, the size of an inlet of the hawse pipe is not reduced, and no influence or obstruction is generated to the motion process that the anchor rod slides out of the hawse pipe in the anchor dropping process.
