The invention relates to the field of grab buckets, in particular to a fixed-torque grab bucket. The fixed-torque grab bucket comprises an upper grab bucket body, a lower grab bucket body, a connecting device and a transmission device. Threaded holes are formed in the connecting device. The transmission device comprises a hydraulic motor, a torque limiting device, a driving wheel, a first transmission gear and a second transmission gear. The torque limiting device comprises an inner wheel, a shell and a force limiter. A cavity structure is formed in the shell. A through hole is formed in the top of the shell. A semicircular groove is formed in the side face of the inner wheel. The force limiter comprises a spring and convex blocks. The spring penetrates the through hole in the top of the shell. The upper end of the spring abuts against the shell. The spring is used for providing downward force for the convex blocks. The bottom faces of the convex blocks are located in the groove. The tops of the convex blocks are connected with the spring. The convex blocks can provide torque for the inner wheel when in the groove. The fixed-torque grab bucket can keep grabbing force unchanged when the grabbing force reaches a certain degree, and damage to an object caused when grabbing force is too large is effectively avoided.
