An intra-frame portal crane system comprises a portal frame, a power system and a hoisting system. The portal frame comprises a crossbeam, a hanger plate and two parallel supporting frames connected with the two ends of the crossbeam. Each supporting frame comprises a stand column, a base beam and two inclined struts. The upper end of each stand column is fixedly connected with one end of the crossbeam, and the lower end of each stand column is perpendicularly and fixedly connected with the middle of the corresponding base beam. The inclined struts are arranged between the two ends of each base beam and between the upper ends of the stand columns symmetrically. The upper end of the hanger plate is fixedly connected with the middle of the crossbeam. The power system comprises a pulley block, a moving rope, a winch, a traction pulley, a lifting hook and a buckle. The hoisting system comprises two steel wire ropes, a balance beam and a device to be hoisted. The intra-frame portal crane system is simple in structure, easy to manufacture, convenient to assemble and disassemble, high in circulation using efficiency, low in cost, and capable of easily and effectively achieving the purpose of hoisting the device in a frame and lowering construction cost. The invention further provides a hoisting use method of the portal crane system.
