The invention discloses a rapid clamping mechanism of a stacker. The rapid clamping mechanism of the stacker comprises a speed reducing motor, a first driving wheel, a second driving wheel and two connecting rods, wherein the first driving wheel is mounted on an output shaft of the speed reducing motor; the second driving wheel is disposed on one side of the first driving wheel; the first and second driving wheels are connected with each other through a driving belt; two first movable connectors are arranged on the second driving wheel with the center of the second driving wheel as the symmetry point; the two first movable connectors are connected with one ends of the two connecting rods respectively; the other ends of the two connecting rods are connected with two fixing boards through two second movable connectors; the two fixing boards are fixed to clamping arms of the clamping mechanism. The rapid clamping mechanism of the stacker is low in costs, high in clamping efficiency and stable and reliable during operation, and benefits of in-out stock can be improved.
