The invention provides a tire pressure monitoring system based on an energy harvesting device. The tire pressure monitoring system comprises an emitter (1) and a receiving display device (2), wherein the emitter (1) comprises a tire pressure signal sensor, a transmitting terminal central processing unit, an energy harvesting module and an electric energy storing module; the tire pressure signal sensor is used for monitoring the tire pressure temperature in real time; the transmitting terminal central processing unit is connected to the tire pressure signal sensor, and is used for processing monitored tire pressure temperature signals and then emitting the monitored tire pressure temperature signals through RF; the energy harvesting module is a piezoelectric energy collector, and is used for collecting energy generated in tire rotation; the electric energy storing module is used for converting energy collected by the energy harvesting module into electric energy, storing the electric energy, and supplying electricity for the emitter (1); the receiving display device (2) comprises a receiver and a receiving terminal central processing unit; the receiver is used for receiving the tire pressure temperature signals; the receiving terminal central processing unit is used for processing the received tire pressure temperature signals, and sending the processed tire pressure temperature signals to a display screen for display; a power supply is used for supplying electricity for the receiving display device (2).
