The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a steering-wheel sleeve. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: adding resins into a solidifying agent so as to obtain a mixture, jetting the mixture into a massage-part mold, and casting the massage-part mold so as to obtain massage parts; heating and fusing high-molecular polymers, jetting the fused high-molecular polymers into an antislip-layer mold, and filling the antislip-layer mold; performing pressure maintaining on the whole antislip-layer mold; performing primary cooling on the pressure-maintained antislip-layer mold; performing mold release treatment on the cooled antislip-layer mold so as to obtain an antislip layer; taking elastic mesh cloth, and compressing and bonding the elastic mesh cloth and the massage parts by high-temperature hot treatment so as to obtain a first external ring sleeve body; performing secondary cooling on the first external ring sleeve body so as to obtain a second external ring sleeve body; and cutting the second external ring sleeve body till the surface of the second external ring sleeve body is larger than the outer surface of the antislip layer so as to obtain a third external ring sleeve body. The scheme adopted by the method disclosed by the invention is simple in manufacturing operation, and products are easy to obtain; manufactured products are high in safety coefficients, beautiful, and suitable for a wide range of popularization and use.
