The invention belongs to wear indication devices, and particularly discloses a wheel wear indicator. The wheel wear indicator comprises an outer tire, an inner tire and a protecting strap, and the protecting strap is arranged between the outer tire and the inner tire. The wheel wear indicator further comprises an alcohol content tester arranged on a vehicle. A cavity is formed in the outer tire, and alcohol is contained in the cavity. When the outer tire is worn, the alcohol in the cavity can be detected by the alcohol content tester, and the alcohol content tester is connected to a center control table of the vehicle. Whether a tire is excessively worn or not is determined through the method of detecting the alcohol by the alcohol content tester, a user does not need to carry out detection by himself, and operation is convenient. In addition, the alcohol has the good volatility and smell so that when the tire is worn, an operator can smell the smell, and find that the tire is worn in time. Compared with a traditional wheel, the situation that the wheel is worn can be found in time, and the safety of the vehicle is effectively improved.
