A roller shutter anti-leakage system for a sand vehicle comprises an installing system, guide rail systems, a roller shutter and a power system. The installing system is provided with a front installing base and two side installing bases. The roller shutter is installed in guide rails. The guide rail systems are installed on side plates of a sand vehicle filling bucket through the side installing bases. The power system is in transmission connection to the roller shutter, and the roller shutter can be reeled and unreeled along the guide rails. The roller shutter system is low in cost and easy to install, the leakage of sandy soil in the sand vehicle can be effectively prevented, and the sandy soil pollution to the environment can be reduced and even eradicated.
