The invention provides a rapid and accurate dynamic weighing method for a bridge type grab bucket ship unloader and belongs to the technical field of weighing control methods for loading and unloading of ship unloaders. According to the rapid and accurate dynamic weighing method, a mean value accumulating method is used as a weighing calculation method, and a calculation result of accumulated mean values can be infinitely approach the true value by means of the method. The lifting moment and the opening-and-closing moment are read, the sum of the lifting moment and the opening-and-closing moment is calculated, the value obtained by multiplying the sum of the lifting moment and the opening-and-closing moment by the proportionality coefficient 10 is used as the total moment value of a bucket, the value obtained by multiplying the total moment by the conversion coefficient is used as the total weight of the bucket, and whether the grab bucket is overloaded or not is judged through the overload proportion and the lifting height and handling is conducted. The average weighing error of the method is 0.29%, and the maximum weighing error of the method is 1.25%. By the adoption of the rapid and accurate dynamic weighing method, it is guaranteed that an overload fault can be reported quite accurately at the initial lifting stage of the grab bucket of the ship unloader, the method is innovative both in China and in foreign countries, and the problems that in the prior art, weighing errors are large, overload report omission occurs frequently, and the loading and unloading efficiency is affected are solved; the rapid and accurate dynamic weighing method has effective effects on improving ship unloading efficiency, guaranteeing safety operation of equipment and preventing machine damage and ship damage accidents.
