The invention discloses a sleep wakeup method of a vehicle-mounted communication controller assembly. When a user starts an APP, the APP sends a wakeup instruction to a TSP. The TSP wakes up a TBOX by dialing a telephone. When the user operates the APP to send control instructions, the TBOX has been in the working state. After receiving the control instructions, the TBOX sends the control instructions to the corresponding controllers in a finished automobile and the controllers execute corresponding actions. Meanwhile, the TBOX will feed back control results to the TSP and the TSP feeds back the control results to the APP. According to the invention, it can be ensured that the actual automobile control states are consistent with the control results fed back by the APP; the remote control success rate can be increased to 98%; a problem of a failure to perform remote control during crowded periods when text messages are sent in holidays and festivals; and control response time can be shorted to 15s.
