The invention provides a high-strength cast iron protective shell device and belongs to the technical field of automobiles. The high-strength cast iron protective shell device comprises an automobile body, an electronic control unit, an oil tank, an oil tank shell, an oil conveying pipe, an electromagnetic valve, stress sensors and a harness. The oil tank is covered by the oil tank shell. One end of the oil conveying pipe penetrates the oil tank shell and is communicated with the oil tank, and the other end of the oil conveying pipe is communicated with an engine. The electromagnetic valve is arranged on the oil conveying pipe. The stress sensors are arranged on a front cover, a rear cover and the top end of the automobile body. When the electronic control unit monitors that a collision happens to the automobile through the stress sensors, the electromagnetic valve is controlled to be closed, and gasoline is prevented from being leaked in the collision process of the automobile. The high-strength cast iron is reasonable in structure, simple in design and suitable for optimal design of an automobile collision protection system.
