The invention discloses an inner-windshield connecting method for a motor train unit. The inner-windshield connecting method is characterized by comprising the following steps: firstly, respectively mounting two hoisting rings on hoisting blocks of a train body, on two sides of an inner windshield; respectively suspending two ends of a tensioning band on the hoisting rings on the two sides of the inner windshield, wherein the tensioning band is connected with a tensioner and tensioned through the bottom of the windshield; operating the tensioner so as to lift the windshield to an appropriate height and adjust windshield screw holes to be aligned with screw holes in a train-body mounting base; fixing the windshield on the train-body mounting base by positioning bolts; operating the tensioner; adjusting mounting holes for alignment; sequentially mounting all fastening bolts; and applying moment for fastening the bolts according to requirements. According to the inner-windshield connecting method disclosed by the invention, the windshield is lifted and mounted by mechanical force instead of manpower, the windshield is convenient and rapid to adjust, and can be easily operated by only two people. The tensioner has a self-locking function, lifting adjustment is safe and labor-saving, and the accurate position alignment of the fastening screw holes can be realized, so that the working efficiency is greatly improved, the number of operators is decreased from 4 to 2, the working time is shortened to 1/4 of original working time, the labor strength of staff is effectively reduced, the comfort and the safety of working staff are greatly improved, and the mounting quality is improved.
