The invention discloses a slope building tower crane ultralong attachment device and a slope building inverted sequence construction method. The slope building tower crane ultralong attachment device comprises pre-buried connecting pieces, an attachment frame, attachment supporting rods and a bracket, wherein the pre-buried connecting pieces comprise a first pre-buried connecting piece and a second pre-buried connecting piece; the attachment frame is fixedly connected with the standard section of a tower crane, is rectangular, and comprises a first vertex and a second vertex; the first vertex is adjacent to the second vertex; the attachment supporting rods comprise a first attachment supporting rod, a second attachment supporting rod and a third attachment supporting rod; the bracket is used for supporting the attachment supporting rod. The slope building tower crane ultralong attachment device can be applied to building construction with the attachment length smaller than 40 m, expands the attachment application range of the tower crane, solves the problems that a slop building site is small and the working procedures of the slop building are inverted because the higher position is first constructed and then the lower position is constructed, can shorten the construction period during building construction, reduces the construction cost, and has remarkable economic and social benefits.
