A vehicular drive device including an inverter device is reduced in overall size, and a seal structure for an inverter housing chamber is simplified. The present invention relates to a vehicular drive device. The vehicular drive device is provided with: a rotating electrical machine (MG); a transmission device (TM); a casing (2); an inverter device (3); and a wiring member (40). A first casing unit (21) and a second casing unit (23) form an oil-tight space (Q). In the oil-tight space (Q), the rotating electrical machine (MG) is housed. Between the second casing unit (23) and a cover member (51), an inverter housing chamber (P) is formed. The wiring member (40) is disposed penetrating the second casing unit (23). A gap between the second casing unit (23) and the wiring member (40) is sealed with a seal member (61, 62).
