The invention provides a dual-mode hybrid power transmission device. The dual-mode hybrid power transmission device comprises a dual-planet row, a first motor, a second motor, a fist clutch, a second clutch, a brake, an input shaft, an output shaft and a differential mechanism. The dual-planet row comprises a gear ring, a planet carrier, a front row planet, a rear row planet, a front row sun gear and a rear row sun gear. The front row planet, the front row sun gear and the gear ring are engaged to form a front row gear train. The rear row planet, the front row planet and the rear row sun gear are engaged to form a rear row gear train. A rotor of a first motor is connected to the front row sun gear, the break is arranged between the first motor and the front row sun gear, a rotor of the second motor is connected to the rear row sun gear via the second clutch, the gear ring is connected to the differential mechanism via the first clutch, and the differential mechanism is connected to the output shaft. The first clutch is further connected to the fifth gear. The planet carrier is connected to the input shaft via a torsion damper. The dual-mode hybrid power transmission device is compact in structure, and good in performance of transmission.
