A hand pushing rod is arranged on the back side of the frame. The seat comprises a seat frame, and a seat cushion is laid on the seat frame. A vinegar fumigation barrel is arranged under the seat frame on the frame, multiple gas running holes are formed in a cover of the vinegar fumigation barrel, and an electric heater is arranged in the vinegar fumigation barrel. According to the infant carriage capable of being disinfected through vinegar fumigation, the structural design is reasonable; only the electric heater needs to be turned on when disinfection and sterilization are needed, white vinegar in the vinegar fumigation barrel is evaporated, the evaporated white vinegar runs from the gas running holes and surrounds the carriage, the process lasts for 10-20 minutes, and accordingly the good sterilization and disinfection purposes are achieved, and threats to baby health are prevented.
