The invention discloses a durable buffering bumper. The durable buffering bumper comprises a basic transverse rod and two fixed plates. The basic transverse rod is arranged on the front portions of the two fixed plates. Guide sleeves are arranged on the fixed plates respectively. Guide rods corresponding to the guide sleeves respectively are arranged on the basic transverse rod. A spring is arranged between the basic transverse rod and each fixed plate so that the basic transverse rod and the fixed plate can be connected. A buffering belt is arranged on the front portion of the basic transverse rod and is a rubber gasket. By means of the mode, according to the durable buffering bumper, the fixed plates are arranged on the front portion or the tail portion of a vehicle, elastic buffering is achieved when the basic transverse rod is struck, deformation of the basic transverse rod is reduced, the protection capacity is improved, maintenance expenses are reduced, and the application range is wide.
