The invention provides a modularized spacecraft capable of conducting on-orbit unfolding. The modularized spacecraft comprises a mother module, two or more submodules, hinge unfolding devices, a locking device and pressing and releasing devices. The mother module serves as the basis of the whole aircraft. When the aircraft is in the folded state, the two or more submodules are linearly stacked above the mother module, and the modules are connected through the hinge unfolding devices and fixed through the pressing and releasing devices. When the aircraft conducts on-orbit unfolding, the pressing and releasing devices are unlocked and released, the hinge unfolding devices drive the two or more submodules to be unfolded in place, and the submodules and the mother module form a plane after the submodules are locked through the locking devices. The modularized spacecraft supports on-orbit unfolding, the utilization rate of a carrying cowling is high, the structural configuration is flexible, and the modularized spacecraft is particularly applicable to application of aircrafts, such as a low-orbit small and medium-sized satellite with a quick response demand.
