The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle air-conditioner manufacturing and provides a top-arranged air-conditioning unit of a simple supercooling condenser structure. The top-arranged air-conditioning unit comprises an evaporator, a dry liquid storage device and a condenser. The condenser comprises two condenser core bodies connected in parallel. Gas refrigerant inlets in the two condenser core bodies are connected with condenser entering pipelines. Each condenser core body is provided with a refrigerant primary-cooling outlet, a refrigerant secondary-cooling inlet and a refrigerant output opening. The refrigerant primary-cooling outlet and the refrigerant secondary-cooling inlet in each condenser core body are communicated through a short-joint pipeline. The refrigerant output openings of all the condenser core bodies are connected with an inlet of the dry liquid storage device through output pipelines respectively. An outlet of the dry liquid storage device is connected with the evaporator through a pipeline. The air-conditioning unit is simplified, the number of the pipelines is reduced, fault points are reduced consequently, assembling becomes simple, cost is reduced, time consumed for assembling one unit is short, and production efficiency is improved.
