The invention provides a driving behavior analyzing method and device. Specifically, a site image is obtained, and traffic indication information is recognized according to the site image; driving information of driving behaviors is obtained, and according to the driving information of the driving behaviors and the traffic indication information, the driving behaviors are determined as illegal driving behaviors. Compared with the prior art, by obtaining the site image and recognizing the traffic indication information in the site image, due to the fact that the traffic indication information obtained through site image recognition is newest traffic indication information of a road section, the traffic indication information of the corresponding road section does not need to be inquired in map data through positioning information, meanwhile, the problem that updating is not timely does not occur, and therefore judgment accuracy of the illegal driving behaviors is guaranteed.
