The invention discloses a lane recognition vehicle cruising device with GPS signals. The lane recognition vehicle cruising device comprises radar, a camera, a preprocessor, the GPS signals, speed signals, a controller, an electronic accelerator control, an auxiliary brake control and a shifting-up and shifting-down control. The GPS signals are fused, so that the current road condition of a vehicle and the road condition the vehicle is about to enter in are monitored in real time, and self-adaptive cruising can be achieved more safely and reliably. According to the road conditions, a brake, an accelerator and gears are reasonably controlled, and the fuel economy can be effectively improved. When land departure happens to the vehicle, an alarm is given, and a driver is reminded to adjust a steering wheel of the vehicle.
