The invention discloses a novel manual retracting mechanism of a ramp door. The manual retracting mechanism comprises a supporting rod, an upper handrail assembly and a folding device. The upper handrail assembly is connected between the supporting rod and a door frame, the supporting rod is connected between the upper handrail assembly and the ramp door, and the folding device is connected among the door frame, the supporting rod and the ramp door. When the ramp door is pushed outwards and the manual retracting mechanism is completely unfolded, the ramp door is opened; when the ramp door is lifted and the manual retracting mechanism is completely folded, the ramp door is closed. The novel manual retracting mechanism has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to operate, low in manufacturing cost and high in reliability, achieving complete manual retracting, avoiding on-board power sources, lowering the use requirement for aerial carriers, being small in occupied space after being folded, providing handrails for passengers to ascend or descend a ramp and guaranteeing the safety of the passengers.
