The invention discloses an intersection bus left-turn prior road based on a reverse variable lane. The intersection bus left-turn prior road comprises the reverse variable lane, a left-turn bus special lane, a first special signal lamp and a first indication board which are used for guiding a left-turn bus to enter the reverse variable lane, a first video detection system, a second video detection system, a second special signal lamp and a second indication board, a third indication board, a fourth indication board and a signal control unit. The invention further discloses a management control method of the intersection bus left-turn prior road. The method comprises the steps of: detecting the number of buses on the left-turn bus special lane and the position of a driving vehicle closest to a parking line on the reverse variable lane, calculating the time needed by the vehicle to pass the reverse variable lane, and transmitting a processing result to the signal control unit for generating a new control scheme. According to the invention, the average delay of an intersection is further reduced, the operation efficiency of a bus fleet is improved, the bus priority measure is effectively optimized, and the waste of intersection road resources is reduced.
