The invention provides an integrally-formed automobile seat cushion and a manufacturing method thereof. The integrally-formed automobile seat cushion comprises a bottom shell layer, a middle layer and a fabric layer. An adhesive layer is laid for assisting in forming a composite layer in a thermal compounding mode, and the composite layer is punched to integrally form the integrally-formed automobile seat cushion of preset modeling. The bottom shell layer, the middle layer and the fabric layer are sequentially overlapped, the adhesive layers are laid between the bottom shell layer and the middle layer and between the middle layer and the fabric layer, the bottom shell layer, the middle layer and the fabric layer are heated at a high temperature and rolled by a roller to form the composite layer, and the composite layer is preheated and punched to form the integrally-formed automobile seat cushion of the preset modeling.
