The invention discloses a self-adaption headlamp control method and system. The method comprises the steps that running angle information, sent by a sensor, of a vehicle is received, and a center array in headlamp arrays and a subarray, corresponding to the running angle information of the vehicle, in peripheral arrays are controlled to be lightened according to the running angle information. According to the method, the center array is controlled to be in a lightened state all the time, the subarray corresponding to the running angle information of the vehicle is lightened according to the running angle information of the vehicle, it can be guaranteed that lamplight is switched to another direction from one direction, transition is achieved, dazzling phantoms are avoided, and driving safety is guaranteed.
