The invention discloses a medicine box for a multi-rotor wing plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle. The machine box comprises at least one box body, wherein a medicine feeding opening, a medicine discharging opening and an air exchanging opening are formed in the at least one box body; the box body is a hollow annular cavity formed in a manner that closed curves rotate with 360 degrees around a rotation shaft; the box body is used for storing medicine liquid; and the closed curves comprise polygons formed by straight lines, other random curves, and the like. The geometric center of the box body is positioned on the rotation shaft and is coincided with the central axis of the unmanned aerial vehicle. The box body is in a flat shape, is low in work centrality and is arranged at the upper part of the unmanned aerial vehicle; and along with the reduction of the medicine liquid, the centrality is relatively close to the vertical centrality of the body of the unmanned aerial vehicle. Along with the change of the posture of the unmanned aerial vehicle, the medicine liquid in the annular cavity flows towards the low side, time spent on impacting a wall surface is delayed by a fact that the medicine liquid flows through the two sides of the rotation body, and simultaneously the medicine liquid at two sides is collected to generate a retardant condition, so that surges caused by rigid rebound and wave backing can be avoided. A damping piece is arranged in the annular cavity, so that the flowing of the medicine liquid is further blocked, and the surges can be slowed down. Covers are embedded in the outer side and the inner side of the box body, so that the capacity is enlarged.
