The invention relates to the field of carbon sliding plates, in particular to a method for preparing a high-speed train pantograph carbon sliding plate. The pantograph carbon sliding plate is prepared from, by weight, 15-30 parts of crystalline flake graphite, 10-20 parts of colloidal graphite powder and 50-75 parts of carbon powder, and the crystalline flake graphite, the colloidal graphite powder and the pure carbon powder are ground till the particle size ranges from 180 meshes to 300 meshes; preferably, the pantograph carbon sliding plate is further prepared from, by weight, 20-30 parts of modified pitch, 15-18 parts of carbon fibers and 5-12 parts of graphene oxide. The carbon sliding plate is good in electrical conductivity, resistant to heat, resistant to electric arc, high in mechanical strength, good in lubricating performance and abrasion resistance and low in production cost, and industrialization is achieved easily.
