The invention discloses a pre-protection safety belt use method comprising the following steps that when a driving state quickly decelerates from high speed, an air pump connected with a vehicle driving safety system starts to work and directly inflates the air sac; before a driver trunk is tied by the safety belt body, the air sac has a direct contact with the driver trunk part; with high efficient buffering of the air sac, the middle part of the air sac is provided with an arc-shaped recessed part; the recessed part is adaptive to the contact part; the recessed part is divided by a tightening port into an upper cavity and a lower cavity communicated with the upper cavity; an air inlet channel capable of narrowing the space between the upper cavity and the lower cavity enables air in the air sac to fill up the upper cavity in priority; and injection damage to the contact parts by the middle of the air sac after collision can be prevented.
