The invention discloses a damping device assembly structure which comprises a damper and a spiral spring (7). The damper comprises an upper tray pressing board (1) and an upper tray connecting board (2). The portion between the upper tray pressing board (1) and the upper tray connecting board (2) is filled with rubber (4) through a vulcanization process, so that the upper tray pressing board (1) and the upper tray connecting board (2) are vulcanized into a whole assembly. An installation hole is formed in the center of the upper tray pressing board (1). A piston rod (5) of the spiral spring (7) is sleeved with the damper through the installation hole and the damper is fixed through a nut (6). The damping device assembly structure is simple, convenient to install and use, long in service life and good in buffering and vibration absorbing effect.
