The invention discloses a tubular dashboard beam positioning and mounting structure. The tubular dashboard beam positioning and mounting structure is arranged on a mounting bracket of an automobile body. The tubular dashboard beam comprises a mounting tubular beam, wherein two positioning pins are respectively arranged at two ends of the lower surface of the mounting tubular beam. Each positioning pin is provided with a main body; one ends of the main bodies are respectively arranged at two ends of the lower surface of the mounting tubular beam; the free end of each main body is cut so as to form a conical part. The mounting bracket comprises an upper mounting plate and a lower mounting plate arranged at the lower end of the upper mounting plate, wherein upper positioning holes are formed in the upper mounting plate; lower positioning holes which correspond to the upper positioning holes are formed in the lower mounting plate. The positioning pins penetrate through the upper positioning holes and the lower positioning holes, so that the mounting tubular beam is fixedly arranged on the mounting bracket, and the conical parts of the positioning pins stretch out of the positioning holes. According to the tubular dashboard beam positioning and mounting structure, the positioning pins are respectively arranged at two ends of the lower surface of the mounting tubular beam. When the tubular dashboard beam is mounted, the mounting tubular beam can be hung on the mounting bracket of the automobile body, so that a worker can conveniently fetch tools so as to mount the tubular dashboard beam; besides, when the precision of the tubular dashboard beam is adjusted, the operation is convenient, and labor is saved.
