The invention discloses a herringbone tower crane anti-collision device with an energy-dissipation function. The herringbone tower crane anti-collision device comprises two support arms; each support arm comprises a channel steel bar and a buffer channel steel bar; the first end of each buffer channel steel bar is connected with the first end of the corresponding channel steel bar in a frictionally slidable manner; the second end of each channel steel bar is fixedly connected with a stable part of a building structure; the second ends of the two buffer channel steel bars are connected with each other through a rotatable hinge; and cushion rubber is fixedly connected with the second ends of the two buffer channel steel bars. In practical application, the herringbone tower crane anti-collision device with the energy-dissipation function is arranged between a protected object and a tower crane; when the big arm of the tower crane collides with the cushion rubber, the collision time can be prolonged by the cushion rubber, and the impact force can be reduced; meanwhile, a large amount of impact energy can be dissipated through frictional sliding of the buffer channel steel bars; and the impact force is reduced, and the bouncing effect of the support arms on the big arm of the tower crane is reduced, so that the influence of impact on the tower crane and the big arm of the tower crane is reduced.
