The invention discloses a memory system of configuration information of a vehicle driver. The memory system comprises a driver seat control module, a seat motor, a rearview mirror motor, a steering wheel motor, a control switch and a memorizer, wherein the driver seat control module is simultaneously connected with the seat motor, the rearview mirror motor and the steering wheel motor; the driver seat control module is also connected with the memorizer through the control switch. Through the memory system of configuration information of a vehicle driver, and a using method of the memory system, the position information of a driver seat, the position information of a rearview mirror, the position information of a steering wheel, and the like can be recorded; when the driver enters or gets out of the vehicle, the seat and the steering wheel can move to certain positions, so that the driver can conveniently enter and depart.
