The invention discloses an air conditioner system and a control method for a rubber wheel low-floor intelligent rail train. The system comprises two or more sets of air conditioner units and two set of control panels. The number of the air conditioner units is equal to that of carriages, and in other words, each carriage is provided with one independent air conditioner unit. The two sets of control panels are arranged on cap instrument tables of a train head and a train tail respectively and can independently control all the air conditioner units of the whole train, and an interlocking function is achieved between the two sets of control panels. The method comprises the steps that when the temperature of the whole train needs to be regulated, a refrigerating or heating request is sent out in a CAN message mode by operating a touch control switch on any air conditioner control panel in two train heads, a whole-train controller of the train is used for controlling and allocating load percentages of air conditioners according to the refrigerating or heating request sent out by the corresponding air control panel, and thus the work load of air conditioner compressors is controlled. The conditioning system has the advantages of being simple and compact in structure, easy and convenient to operate, high in safety and the like.
