Disclosed is an electro-hydraulic handlebar transport trolley with an alloy frame. The electro-hydraulic handlebar transport trolley is characterized by comprising a transport trolley frame, wheels, an electro-hydraulic rod, a handlebar placement frame and a switch. The side of the handlebar placement frame is of a T-shaped structure. The upper half portion of the handlebar placement frame comprises a first transverse rod and a second transverse rod. The lower half portion of the handlebar placement frame comprises a third transverse rod. Grooves are formed in the upper surface of the first transverse rod and the upper surface of the second transverse rod, and a limiting structure is arranged on the third transverse rod. A first connecting hole is formed in one end of the handlebar placement frame, and a second connecting hole is formed in the transport trolley frame. Four wheels are arranged at the bottom end of the transport trolley frame. According to the invention, handlebars can be conveniently and orderly placed and transported; rubber cushions are arranged on the top of the connecting portion of the T-shaped part of the side structure of the handlebar placement frame, and therefore the rubber cushions can play a role in buffering; and due to the fact that the grooves are made of foam materials, abrasion resistance and skid resistance can be achieved, and due to the fact that a motor is added, convenience is improved.
