The invention relates to a relocatable self-elevating drilling production platform and a self-installing and recycling method thereof. The platform comprises an upper box platform, an upper assembling block, pile legs and a drill conductor supporting and protecting mechanism. The drill conductor supporting and protecting mechanism comprises a plurality of perpendicular round steel pipes, a plurality of horn mouth guiding parts, mud mats, a wellhead area horizontal layer and multiple layers of horizontal round steel pipes, wherein the perpendicular round steel pipes are evenly arranged at intervals in an array mode, the horn mouth guiding parts are arranged at the top ends of the perpendicular round steel pipes, the mud mats are arranged at the bottoms of the perpendicular round steel pipes, the wellhead area horizontal layer is arranged on the parts, below the horn mouth guiding parts, of the perpendicular round steel pipes, and each layer of horizontal round steel pipes are arranged between every two longitudinally or transversely adjacent perpendicular round steel pipes. Multiple sets of supporting and protecting mechanism lifting devices are arranged on the two sides of a well head area at the stern of the upper box platform. The upper end of each pile leg penetrates through the upper box platform and is connected with the upper box platform through a pile leg lifting device. The relocatable self-elevating drilling production platform can be used repeatedly, all facilities can be self-installed, drill conductors can be supported and protected, and the defects that a floating crane is needed for installing and abandoning a fixed type platform, and a self-elevating platform cannot support or protect the drill conductors are overcome.
