The invention relates to an above-water unmanned aerial vehicle parking platform with a wind-solar complementary powered LED illuminating device, and belongs to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicle application. The above-water unmanned aerial vehicle parking platform is built by means of a water surface in some cities. At night or when it is cloudy, illumination needs to be provided by an LED illuminating lamp when an unmanned aerial vehicle takes off or lands or parks on the above-water unmanned aerial vehicle parking platform. A wind driven generator and a photovoltaic power generation device are installed on the above-water unmanned aerial vehicle parking platform at the same time, current generated by the wind driven generator is input into a combiner box through a conductor wire and a wind power controller, current generated by a solar cell is input into the combiner box through a conductor wire and a photovoltaic controller, and current output from the combiner box is input into a storage cell through the conductor wire for storage. Current output from the storage cell powers the LED illuminating lamp through the conductor wire, a photosensitive self-controlled switch and an illuminating lamp base, and the LED illuminating lamp illuminates the above-water unmanned aerial vehicle parking platform and the peripheral airspace.
