The invention discloses a connection structure of guide rails and a bracket mechanism of a car lifting jack. The connection structure comprises a machine body and the bracket mechanism capable of vertically moving along the machine body. The machine body is vertically provided with the two platelike guide rails which are parallel and opposite to each other. The bracket mechanism is located between the two guide rails and comprises a bracket and a supporting head horizontally arranged inside the bracket. The bracket comprises two oppositely arranged side boards parallel to the guide rails, and a supporting mechanism used for connecting with the side boards. The distance between the outer sides of the two side boards and the distance between the inner sides of the guide rails are matched. A plurality of bearing rollers are arranged on the side, facing the corresponding guide rail, of each side board. The axes of the bearing rollers are perpendicular to the corresponding side boards. The bearing rollers are evenly distributed on the two sides of the corresponding guide rails in the width direction of the guide rails and are tangent with the lateral sides of the corresponding guide rails. The connection structure has the advantages of being simple in structure, easy to manufacture, and capable of preventing the guide rails from deforming, prolonging the service life of the system and improving the safety, and the like.
