The invention discloses a folding electric scooter framework capable of being in linkage with a seat. The folding electric scooter framework comprises a front frame, a back frame, a front wheel set, a direction controlling rod and the seat. The seat is arranged on the back frame and keeps in linkage with the front frame through a seat connecting rod. According to the folding electric scooter framework capable of being in linkage with the seat, the front frame and the back frame are in pivot connection with each other, form a coplane when the front frame and the back frame are unfolded and only can be folded by rotating unidirectionally, upwards and relatively in a pivot mode from the coplane; due to the fact that the seat is in linkage with the front frame, the seat, the front frame and the back frame can be in linkage with one another to be simultaneously folded or unfolded, the trouble that the seat is disassembled when folding is performed can be avoided, the operating steps are simplified, and the folding electric scooter framework is suitable for being used by the aged.
