Pedestrians around a stopped vehicle and a driver of a travelling vehicle are alerted to the risk of collision with a vehicle without the requirement that the pedestrians carry a communication terminal. A vehicular risk alert control device (1) is provided with: an outside recognition means that recognizes a travelling vehicle (C, C1, C2) and/or a pedestrian (P) as a moving object; a risk determination means (3) that determines the presence or absence of a risk of collision between the travelling vehicle (C) and the pedestrian (P) and/or between travelling vehicles (C1, C2); and a risk alert means (4) that alerts the driver of the travelling vehicle (C, C1, C2) and/or the pedestrian (P) about the risk of collision when the risk determination means (3) determines that there is the risk of collision.
