The invention discloses a dune buggy first-aid device comprising a buckling base (1) and an air bag base (2) which are detachably connected. The buckling base (1) is provided with a butt joint connector (4) capable of containing a tire charging connector. After the buckling base (1) and the air bag base (2) are detachably connected, an ejector rod (10) ejects out a sealing block (11) so that the interior of an air bag (6) and a charging opening (9) can be communicated. After the buckling base (1) and the air bag base (2) are detached, the ejector rod (10) does not abut against the buckling base (1) any more, and a spring (12) enables the sealing block (11) to abut against the charging opening (9) to seal the air bag (6). A breathing pipe (22) is arranged in the air bag base (2). The dune buggy first-aid device is installed on a spare wheel of a dune buggy, the internal air bag can be charged through tire air pressure of the dune buggy, and a driver is assisted in emerging from the water rapidly.
