The invention discloses emergency rescuing equipment for underground coal mine transportation. The emergency rescuing equipment comprises a mine car. A movable plate is hinged to one side of the mine car. A first hydraulic telescopic device is hinged to a support and comprises a first telescopic rod. The other end of the first telescopic rod is hinged to a fixing block. Wheel sliding grooves are formed in a partition plate and the movable plate. Multiple rotary shafts are arranged in the wheel sliding grooves at equal intervals and provided with sliding wheels. A second hydraulic telescopic device is arranged on the side, away from the movable plate, of the partition plate and comprises a second telescopic rod. The other end of the second telescopic rod is connected with a connector corresponding to a stretcher. The second hydraulic telescopic device is electrically connected with a controller. By means of the emergency rescuing equipment, the wounded can be sent to the rescuing equipment stably and quickly, the emergency rescuing equipment can move by itself, other people are reminded to give way to the equipment, waste of time is avoided, a more comfortable environment can be provided for the wounded, and it is avoided that the traumatic condition of the wounded becomes worse.
