The invention provides a laser repair method for pitting corrosion damages of aluminum alloy airplane skin. The method is characterized in that a laser filler wire welding technology is adopted to quickly repair the pitting corrosion damages of the aluminum alloy airplane skin, and laser filler wire welding is adopted to quickly repair the pitting corrosion damages of the aluminum alloy airplane skin, wherein a laser head of a laser filler wire welding machine is mounted on a laser head fixing frame (1). The laser repair method comprises the following specific steps: firstly, detecting positions and dimensions, in the aluminum alloy airplane skin, of the pitting corrosion damages, designing and processing blind holes, and completely removing pitting corrosion damage parts; utilizing a laser filler wire welding way to fill welding fires into the blind holes, and removing excess weld metal parts of welding seams; and finally, painting a laser repair area, thereby realizing laser repair of the pitting corrosion damages. The laser filler wire welding repair method adopted by the invention can be suitable for a field complex environment, has the advantages of being high in repair speed,high in repair precision, good in repair quality, and the like, can effectively reduce welding heat input, reduces repair deformation, and can realize quick, high-quality and efficient repair for thepitting corrosion damages of the aluminum alloy airplane skin.
本发明提供了一种铝合金飞机蒙皮点蚀损伤的激光修复方法,该方法采用激光填丝焊技术对铝合金飞机蒙皮点蚀损伤进行快速修复,采用激光填丝焊对铝合金飞机蒙皮点蚀损伤进行快速修复,激光填丝焊机的激光安装在激光头固定架(1)上,具体步骤为:首先,检测点蚀损伤在铝合金飞机蒙皮中的位置及尺寸,设计和加工盲孔,将点蚀损伤部位完全去除;然后,利用激光填丝焊方式将焊丝填入盲孔,并去除焊缝的余高部分;最后,对激光修复区域进行涂漆处理,实现点蚀损伤的激光修复。本发明所采用的激光填丝焊修复方法,能够适应现场复杂环境,具有修复速度快、修复精度高、修复质量好等优点,能有效降低焊接热输入,减小修复变形,可实现铝合金飞机蒙皮点蚀损伤的快速、优质、高效修复。
