The invention discloses a method for improving the indoor comfort of an excavator. A negative ion generator is additionally arranged in the air conditioner air duct of the excavator; and a humidity sensor is installed near the cold air core body of an air conditioner. Afterthe excavator stops working and an air conditioner controller receives an instruction of turning off the air conditioner, a warm air duct and an air conditioner external circulation air door are automatically opened, moisture is evaporated through the high temperature of the environment and the high temperature of the heating core body of an air conditioner box, the draught fan of the air conditioner operates, evaporated moisture is discharged out of the air conditioner box, and after the result detected by the humiditysensor meets the drying index, the air conditioner system is automatically and thoroughly closed.
本发明公开了一种提高挖掘机室内舒适性的方法,在挖掘机空调风道中增加负离子发生器;在空调的冷气芯体附近安装湿度传感器,在挖掘机停止工作,空调控制器接收到关闭空调的指令后,自动打开暖风风道和空调外循环风门,利用环境高温及空调箱暖气芯体的高温将水分蒸发,空调的风机运转,将蒸发的水分排出空调箱,当湿度传感器探测到的结果满足干燥指标后,自动彻底关闭空调系统。
